At DiBella Flowers & Gifts, we take pride in creating high-quality floral arrangements and gifts for every occasion. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we are happy to accommodate cancellations under the following guidelines:

1. Same-Day Cancellations (Day Order Was Placed)

Orders canceled on the same day they were placed are eligible for a full refund.

2. Advance Cancellations (At Least 2 Days Before Delivery Date)

Orders canceled two or more days prior to the scheduled delivery date will be refunded, subject to a 3% processing fee to cover transaction costs.

3. Last-Minute Cancellations (On the Delivery Date)

Orders canceled on the delivery date, after arrangements have already been prepared, will be refunded subject to a 5% fee to cover labor and materials.

4. Agreement on Disputes

By placing an order with DiBella Flowers & Gifts, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy. You also agree not to initiate a chargeback or credit card dispute for any cancellation or refund request that falls within these guidelines, as refunds are handled directly by DiBella Flowers & Gifts in accordance with this policy.
